Golden Valley-Retire Rich project bangalore.
I was planning to buy plot in Golden Valley-Retire Rich project, which is situated near NICE road bangalore and should be a BDA approved property. Before final agreement i did lawyer verification and i found that it has got some legal issues. One part of their total land was sold illegally in the year of 2006 by the GPA though the owner of the land was dead. Its a big issue, so please be careful guys making any commitments with them.
