FRAUD OF LAND AND NO REFUND

I have also invested 320, 000Rupees in bhiwadi project and one day the agent calls me that Mr jitender chaudhary has been absconding in case of fraud and failure of Bhiwadi project. I am a 36yrs old guy and i hve invested one first time in any land thru hard earned money of my job class parents. They thought of gtng goods returns or atleast have one more property. But now we people are also in shock for having nothing in hand. Even the agent is playing the spoil part. He s doing nothing for us.

Any advices please let me know. I dont know where to go.
