Subject: Requirement of Sanction Plan Copy from builder
I have booked a 2BHK falt Deatails :
Flat no: 2133 floor 21
Block: D Gaur Global Village Crossings Republic Ghaziabd (U.P.)
I booked the flat on 24 dec & applied loan for the same in Axis Bank Gurgaon branch. Bank Sanctioned my loan and at the time of cheque disperse Bank come with an objection that Sanction plan copy is not available for same of top 2 floors (floor 20 & 21), on the same hand other people on same floor got a loan from same bank but from different branch (asaf ali road delhi)
2 months has gone I have already paid 50 % of the amount and continously chasing builder for same but they are not replying me neither on phone nor on e-mail, my posession date is also very near i.e. 31 march.
Please help me what to do in this case...
