Sub:-Request for information under RTI Act from District Collector Office.

Respected Sir,

I hereby request you to provide following information under Right to Information Act in respect of District Collector Office, Dausa Rajasthan.

In case query/ queries relates to some other public authorities, kindly transfer this RTI petition to CPIOs there under section 6 (3) of RTI Act. Please attach file nothings.

Particulars of information required - Area Khasra No. 406, 407, 408 & 409, village name –CHAWAND, Patwar Halka- Khedla Khurd, Tehsil- DAUSA, Distt.- DAUSA (Rajasthan):-

1. Whether any application for Land Use Change (CLU) above Khasra No. pending in your department and provide complete details, copy of all relevant documents in this regard?

2. What action would be taken against M/s Gupteshwar Colonizers Pvt. Ltd., Opp. Dautawala Scheme, Panchait Samiti Road, DAUSA-303303 (Rajasthan) launched a project on above Khasra No. & development of a residential group housing colony in the name of “TRIVENI NAGAR” & sell the plots on artificial map and receiving booking amount from public, without obtaining CLU from the government?

3. Copy of the detailed information of list of those who are breaking the law by using their Agriculture land for Residential purposes.

4. When did the Department first receive this information? Details of the action taken against them should be provided.

5. Details of the rules, regulations and the government laws against such cases. What is the prescribed punishment for such cases?

6. If the officers have taken no action, are they liable to punishment u/s 13 (D) and section 217 of the IPC?

7. The officers are responsible for breaking the law, helping those who are breaking the law and for not following their duties. When will the Vigilance Department look into the matter?

8. When will the action be taken against the officers and when will the use of Agriculture land for Residential purposes be stopped and removed?

I have deposited the required RTI Fee amount of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) towards application fee through Indian Postal Order No. 88E – 409932 Dated 21-10 enclosed. Further, I also undertake to pay any additional fees/charges (if applicable) as prescribed under the RTI Act.

Kindly provide the information as soon as possible & within time frame as stipulated under RTI Act.
