Dear sir, we had given several complaints against HARE KRISHNA DEVELOPERS to the concern department, SRA & to the BMC, from 2003 till now a Date but no Action has been taken against the Developer & chif promoter so far, on behalf of the residents, we wish to bring to your kind notice the follwing among other contravention of regulation in compliance of statutory requirments under the Development Regulation of SRA.
The above Letter of intent was issued by the office, with the grant of 2.410 FSI in accordance with clause No. 33 (10) & Appendix (IV) of amended D.C.Regulations.
Now the building has been constructed Long back, and the no drawal of Lots were drawn, and the residents occupied the premises, without provision of final allotment letters.
Further the Developers have not provided with
(1) 1 No. Balwadi, (2) 1 No. Welfare Centre, (3) 1 No. Society Office, (4) 229.73 Sq. Mtr. Built-up amenity of Welfare Centre.
He has further misued the Pockets of terrace, for renting and Leasing out for mobile providers, by the Developers & chif Promotor, even though the Society has not yet been registered.
The drinage Lines are Laid underneath the Commercial structures causing difficulties in its maintenance, difficulties in attending any complaint of chocked -up lines in future.
The Pathway Staircase has been a mere 4"-0" in wide, instead of 10"-0" in wide of Staircase as per L.O.I..
No place for Sub - Station has been provided, and even the passage has been misused for Electric Cabin, Where the Cables are hanging near the Hotel, where the heat generates from the prepaation of food and naked flame which can even boil and damage the Electric cables.
Neither the P.W.D. personnel at any time visited to verify for compliance of requirments, nor the Electrical inspector checked with the hanging wires and dangers posed to the lives and limbs for the resident.
All the open space have been utilised, without even leaving car parking space, or for the welfare of the residents.
No emergency exists or ducts for fire fighting, as per rules have been provided. The Developers have carried out the work, without complying with the condition laid on the L.O.I. and have been weielding the financial strength to bribe the officers to prevent any action.
The Chief Promotor with the Developers are including in various contravention, either by selling the spaces even before the registration of the Society, for their personal gains.
Under these circumtances, We request you Sir, to kindly investigate in the matter and action according to law, to rectify the defects in the construction and wilful contravention of regulation, by the Developers, hands-in-glove with Chief Promotor of the society, for their personal gains, and advice us accordingly within one month, failing which we will be constrained to move to the Law courts for justice, making you one of the parties to abett in the Criminal misbehaviour of the Developer and the Society, which please note. Also the Elevator of the tower has not worked & because of these our SENIOR CITIZEN suffering lots of problem like some of them are Heart paitent and we are also sending you the video clip of our Building Re- Developed by SRA scheme made by mr. ASHID DOSHI (DIRECTOR OF HARE KRISHNA DEVELOPERS).
