Sir, the Haryana Urban Development Authority had charged undue/illegal interest money from my mother and not transfer the plot in my name even after paid excess money on account of illegal money charged in 2001.
Secondly, the authority had wasted my useful 9 years in court case even after charged excess money and in the mean time 15 years time limit of construction of house was over. The intention of authority is only how to harass the allottee.

I also represent my case before Chairman of HUDA (Shri Bhupinder Singh Hooda Ji) but till date no results come out. My father the original allottee also expired in this hope that he live in his own house but due to negligence of the authority office my family suffering last 26 year.
My case is pending in Chief Administrator Office, Panchkula since 2008 and more surprising issue in my case that authority had given me No-encumbrance certificate against the plot and also issue conveyance deed after expire of 15 year time limit for construction of house.

I very grateful to you if you take my problem with the authority so I can start construction of house on the said plot as you know the cost of material and loan interest is going up on day to day.
