Hi, we had booked one flat in H wing in 2009. In the agreement it was mentioned that the possession will be given by 31 dec. We happened to book another flat in Mar'11 and in that agreement the possession date was mentioned as 31 dec. Now the officers are saying that the possession will not be ready until end of 2012 due to numerous stupid reasons. We feel as if we were trapped. 85% construction was completed well before oct'2010 and we have not heard anything in return since then.
I want to take this matter to the consumer court to put pressure on the builder. The builder should be paying the compensation for the delay on the amount that is paid to them.
Please can someone advise how to take this ahead.
