Date-wise facts:
a. Agreement of Sale was done on 25th April.
b. Payment was done on 25th April for Rs. 1Lac by way of cheque bearing no. 506096 dated 16th April drawn at CITI Bank, Bangalore as advance amount.
c. Site allotted as per this agreement was Site#25.
d. They informed us that within one month, the project will be approved and developed and we can pay the amount (same is mentioned in the agreement as well)
e. One month passed, we used to call them and ask the status, they never bothered to respond us.
f. One year passed, no update, we used to call, they never used to pick up the call.
g. One day we received a letter that the site conversion was done i.e. approval was granted by DTCP. This letter was sent on 29th April.
The letter was directly sent, without intimating this good news to us on call or without bothering that two years have passed and some customers might have changes their address.
h. Then we received a letter suddenly from them Dated: that you might register within one month as the approval is in place or the agreement will stand cancel.
i. That time we did not have money and wanted to cancel the agreement i.e. did not want to go ahead with the registration.
j. When we told this to them, they became violent and informed us that, they will not give back the advance money of Rs. 1Lac what we had given to them.
k. They wrote the same in one letter and send it to us.
l. Also seeing the development of the project, we were very disappointed as it is not at all to the promised level and need not wish to go ahead and waste our money.
