House rent
Flat Owner not refunding security deposit

I was staying in F-79A, 3rd Floor, Gali No.- 12, Laxminagar. I have vacated the flat as per the notice period but now the land lord is not refunding my security deposit. I have the photocopy of the rent agreement and it shows the security deposit as Rs. 2500. Please help in getting my money back from my Land Lord.
