My Name is Richa Bajaj. I have applied for Faridabad 56, 56- A SECTOR 8 Marla Plot 7 months back.
Till date I have not received my cheque refund from HUDA.
I ahve written mail sevaral times to [email protected], [email protected] and there has been no responde from them to any of the mails. The number mentioned for Faridabad always rings out and never anyone picks up the phone.once a lady picks up the phone and she said she does not know anything and ask to speak with account s on 4004139 . even this number no one picks up,
Please let me know what is the process to legally take them to court as the HUDA management is miserable and the worst.
