Dear Sir,

I want to tell all authorities that there is an illegal water boring AND construction is going on near Durga Ashram, Chattarpur, Delhi.(Landmark-Near Tivoli Garden). This water boring is done at 8pm on 31st december.

I humbly request you to take some legal action and help in saving the environment.
