Dear Sir

Kindly note that we had placed an order for a refill 45 days ago and till date it has not been delivered.

Its extremely difficult to get the Agency on the telephone because they do not pick up the telephone and if we manage to get them on the line by sheer luck, they respond very rudely that they will send the refill.

The staff and the Manager think its their birth right to be rude to customers.

The Agency is very popular in selling the gas cylinders in the black market and abviously they are not interested in serving the customers for whom they have been appointed as Distributors.

I would request you to send in your vigilence team to check their logs and registers.

Kindly look into this complaint on an urgent basis.

Is there no end to this harrassment as this must be happening daily to thousands of consumers? Cant IOCL manage and control its Distributors?
