Indiabull Developer is big cheater as they carry out booking with out any permission. They collect booking amount Advance payment with showing any project approvals to consumer. I Had booked residential property at Green Panvel Property and Paid Rs. 1256, 000/- as booking plus first Installment. When i approached Banks for balance payment facility, The surprise me on property has not having any approvals height approvals. But they were taking all booking for upper floors.
On cancellation of said property they have deducted @ 5% of total amount Interest car Park floor rise amount. I feel this is big Cheating as they do not have any approved document. we don't know about when they will get height approvals etc. But They deducting 5% amount with any justification. I seen this as big Cheating example.
