Indradhanush Properties Pvt Ltd, L104, Gruhalaxmi Apartments, 13/2, S.M.Road, Bangalore -15 is building 2 and 3 BHK apartments around Jalahalli area for the past two years. This company started a project named Platinum Enclave near Gulladahalli @ Kereguddadahalli, Abbigere Main Road. Managing Director of this company is Mr. G Sridhar S/o B Govindarajan. He is very much interested in constructing number of buildings in a year rather finishing earlier projects in time or handing over the documents in time. He himself accepted in front of us, that he has got a team of inefficient people along with him due to which he is unable to complete any project (100%). He is making the basic structure (80%) ready for living and not putting any efforts to finish the project (100%).
He has basically done his marketing with Air Force personnel who can afford lesser price (Rs.15, 00, 000/- per 2BHK) including loan from DHFL for higher interest.
Before the building handed over to respective client, building is getting deshaped and water leaking, tiles are getting broken etc. Now a days, he has also started misbehaving with the clients who have purchased his Flats whenever they approach with any problem in around the building.
There is a example about his work culture: He has started more than 20 buildings during 18 months but, none of the building has got clear finishing and majority of the residents are unhappy and living uncomfortably.
Requested to initiate necessary action against this builder and also stop his further projects until the existing problems being faced by the residents get resolved.
