I have booked a 370 sq yard plot at IREO Fiveriver Panchkula at prelaunch at the rate of Rs.25000.00 per sq yard. At that time I was being told that we have to give 10% at the time of booking and 5% at the time of official launch. But when the demand note came I was being told to pay 15% at that time instead of 5%.And they have demanded another 5100.00 psyard as EDC IDC Charges which was not told to me earlier. There is nothing till date there the rate of land in near by areas are much much lower that is around 700 to 800 per sq yard. The governent should chek with developers at what rate they are selling. The roads they have put on maps in colony are in 2025 masterplan. Till date there is rural kutcha road to colony. How can government give them perission to cheat people. There is only 8 to 10 acre green belt in 200 acre plus colony? Proposed 60 metre wide roads have to be made by HUDA in 2025 Master plan. In neighbouring Amravati Enclave rates are merely 35000 per sq yard. And in such a colony where there is nothing as of today and it would take atleast 10 more years to develop their rates are 35000 per sq yard plus 5100 per sq yard for EDC IDC.What will happen to poor people who dreamt to have their own House.
