1. We finalised a deal of a flat (ready to move) bearing flat no. A-103, from original allottee of SUNRISE GREEN INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD developed by M/s Jaipuria Infrastructure Developers Pvt Ltd, 8-C, Hansalia Building, Barakhamba Road CANNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI (http://www.jaipuria-group.com)
2. Based on the NOC (certificate of all dues cleared) issued by the builder my bank made the balance payment to allottee on 18th Mar in the office of the builder and builder got signed all the papers from both the parties
3. Now the flat stand allotted in our favor and we are requesting builder to hand over its possession and get flat registered in our favor
4. It is a matter of great concern that despite our repeated telephonic requests, personal visits to their office and written registered letters on dated 28/04, 11/5, 14/05, 18/05, 30/05, 06/06, 17/06, 23/06 builder has neither responded nor handed over the possession of flat/ready to get flat registered in our name
5. We are facing agony and recurring financial losses even bank installments are also recovered by the bank regularly
