Be careful with Jana Jeeva Green woods.
I just escaped from their bluffing drama.
My case is as below:
Last Saturday I had a look at so called property "Jana Jeeva Green woods" in Begur. They way the sales person explained about the area and facilities we were very excited and next day i.e Sunday had been to their office. For my surprise there are many differences between the sales person's words and sales Manager's. Still I was OK with the promises given by them. Initially they asked to pay 25K for booking advance and can have 15days for sale agreement, which will be refundable for any reason. So I gave a cheque. After receiving the cheque they gave a receipt for the same. When I asked about documents which was promised by them. There started the bluffing. The Plan doc is very big and they don't have xerox copy and that needs to be xeroxed from xerox and so on.
They promised by 11AM on Monday it will be delivered to my office address.
11, 12... 2PM no communication. When we called by they said 4... like that postponed 8PM and said at any cost it will be delivered. Around 8:30 they called no power supply and blah blah... it will be delivered on next day.
Later I found from my colleagues that they are cheeters not the trusted builders. One more colleague already suffering from them for getting documents. And the project plan is having many deviations from the approved plan and many are there like this.
After receiving the money they make your life hell. So be careful. As we are in SW Field we can not run behind them for getting the docs or money back.
Fortunately my cheque dint get cleared and I got my money back... oh my goodness.
