Janapriya Nile Valley is very much fraud. Says Gated community. If it is gated community, they suppose to be leave 4 sides roads to other colonies. Even one road they have not left or given. There is high tense Electricity line is going in their venture. But government GOs, where ever there lines goes they suppose to be leave 100 feet road under it and it should be left for public. but nothing they have done. In 23 acres venture, still now they have not done any plan for drainage. They have provided only temporally supp to pump into surrounding open land. I am having a plot behind the Nile Valley. So I know all these things. As a well wisher or Citizen, here I am giving this information for you all. Please en quire all these things and see surrounding before committing. As Government GOs, it is illegal venture and when ever other colonies to court, you may face problem. That builder will not take any irresponsibility and he will ran away after completion. It has seen in his previous ventures. Take care yourself.
