Jaypee Greens has issued me a notice that i have to pay additional amount of Rs69498.00 as the last payment i made was short of this money, i checked the payment demand letter from Jaypee and saw that i had made the exact payment that was requested,
since then i am exchanging emails from Jaypee Aman customer service desk with no luck since the respondent is forgetful, unaware of what i am requesting and unnecessarily delaying the response and asking stupid questions
the person i am dealing with in Jaypee his name is Souvik Ray and see his replies below.
series of event that took place
Rahul - I wrote to Jaypee asking them when is the next payment due
Souvik Ray - replied stating that there is outstanding on the last payment which needs to be cleared ASAP. And also levied an interest of 4000.
Rahul- I replied stating, i think there is some mistake on the payment due amount that you have mentioned in the table below, the last demand letter we received was for Rs 114468, which was paid on 21 Dec via 2 cheques for Rs111595 and Rs 2873,
Could you please cross reference the amount you have mentioned of Rs 179383, i have also attached the demand letter that we received.
Souvik Ray : - I'm following up the matter and would revert back ASAP
Your next demand is likely to be due in 15-20 days time.
Rahul - I checked after two days asking for an update
Souvik Ray: like and idiot he replied - What kind of update are you asking for, Sir???
Rahul: i rephrased my entire issue because souvik Ray is so forgetful
Souvik Ray : - again asks me to send the demand letter back to him: Kindly send me the scanned copy of the demand letter, of Rs. 1, 14, 468 Sir. As our system is not showing any demand
of such amount. The demand for Dec 28 payment was Rs. 1, 79, 383, as my system reads.
This is really very poor service from such reputed company
Very unhappy to book a flat with them and would advise other to refrain
