I have Bought indudual house @ ponniaamman Nagar Karayanchavadi, Poonamlee from JMR Bulders (Mangadu),

All the Documents which he gave was Duplicate, no Proper Document gaven, and he Bribed bank and they also approved the loan with the Duplicate Document.

And the house was not Properly handoverd & with out Finishing he had handover the Building.

where can i approch for compliant on this case
