I and my friend was in kalluri hostel for the past two months (may 14th to July 5). the room rent is 4000 rs/- with advance of 2000rs/-. due to our shifting of office. we are supposed to change the hostel also. but when the time of leaving they are cheating us. they only giving 75 rs/- from the advance 2000rs/-. at first they didn't provide any locker key to us. there was totally two locker in a room, only one locker which was remind unlocked. we don't kept much things in locker so we have enough with that one locker. but now they are telling we gave a key but you guys were missed it. so each of you should give 500 for the key. and also they subtracted the current bill from the advance. so now they reduced every amount and simply giving 75rs/- as a refundable advance. how could this is acceptable.so i requst you to take necessary action and request you to get back our correct refundable advance.
