Shri T.S. Bhalla, in his Complaint bearing no. 1455/OS/DCP/EOW dated 28-08 complained that the property marked ‘B’ and ‘D’ of the building No. 2477, 2478 & 2479 at 9, Beadon Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi was given to Mr. S.S. Jaspal and his wife Mrs. Yashee Jaspal for the funds to be provided for construction of the building and it was not sold. This is patently wrong and false statement because as per the documents, executed by Smt. Prakesh Wati Bhalla in the presence of her sons who signed as attesting witnesses at the different documents such as Agreement to Sell, General Power of Attorney, Wills, Receipts etc. and they also attended the office of the concerned Sub Registrar. We have already produced the photocopies of the aforesaid documents before the concerned authorities whereas Shri T.S. Bhalla has not produced any single document in support of his contention that the documents were executed incorporating the clause about raising of funds for construction of the building and payment of double the amount spent to Mr. S S Jaspal, as alleged. Having purchased the above said property from Shri T.S. Bhalla and his mother Shrimati Prakash Bhalla bearing portions ‘B’ and ‘D’ respectively and the property marked ‘C’ having already been purchased by the complainants from one Shri A.S. Pathak the complainants made request to the D.D.A. for conversion of the property from lease hold to free hold as co-lessee because the portion marked ‘A’ was owned by Shrimati Prakash Bhalla but Shri T.S. Bhalla made a big issue on the basis of his false allegation that the property marked ‘ B’ and ‘D’ were not sold but agreed to be constructed by the complainants. No document what so ever has been produced by Mr. T.S. Bhalla in support of his contention. Further, it is submitted that it is only the complainants herein that they paid the amounts to the tenants to get the portion of shop under their occupation vacated and proceed with the construction of the property at their own cost. Futher Shri T.S. Bhalla was rounded up by the A.C.P., Mr. Ajay Kumar of crime sell for being an associate of Mr. Jassy, the famous criminal of Mehrauli.
The brother of Shri T.S. Bhalla, namely Shri Manoj Bhalla has been making false complaints to the different authorities such as the S.H.O., Karol Bagh New Delhi, Municipal Commissioner Mayor of Delhi, M.C.D., Lt. Governor of Delhi, Forest Department, Government of NCT Delhi and others making false allegations against us. In his complaint to the S.H.O. he has referred to the complaint made by his brother Shri T.S. Bhalla to the DCP/EOW, New Delhi and stated that Shri S.S. Jaspal did not attend the inquiry held by Shri Mahesh Narain, then Sub-Inspector dealing with the case where as the complainant herein attended the inquiry and no criminal case was found. Therefore no action was taken by the EOW office. It is incorrect on the part of Shri Manoj Bhalla to say that no action was taken by the Karol Bagh Police Station on the FIR no.434 where has the complainant attended the inquiry held by the said police authorities at Karol Bagh Police Station and submitted all the relevant documents to prove that the property mared ‘B’ and ‘D’ had been sold by Mr. T.S. Bhalla and Smt. Prakash Bhalla and Shri Manoj Bhalla had singed on the papers as attesting witness. It is incorrect on the part of Shri Manoj Bhalla to say that no action was taken on the FIR.
Shri Manoj Bhalla has made wild allegations relating to my other properties at Pushpanjali, Rangpuri, Malviya Nagar market, saket, Neb Sarai, Saidilajab, Sainik Form Andheria More, Maidan Gari, Thapar house complex, Jawahar Park, Devli Road, Ankur Vihar, Pune land Showrooms in Brazil and Columbia. This speaks of the malice and misrepresenting the facts. Although all the allegations relating to the constructions and use of the said property are false and incorrect, it will be appreciated that in free India anybody and everybody has a right to acquire any property anywhere in India and it is not known as to why and how Shri Manoj Bhalla is concerned with my properties and Assets. Similarly, Shri Manoj Bhalla, representing him-self to be the General Secretary, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Block Cong. Committee and the office bearer in other so named Associations has been making false complaint to different authorities but all the allegations have been found to be incorrect and he has not received any benefit out of his actions except to cause harassment in my appearing before the different authorities to prove the falsity of his representation from time to time and explaining the factual position.
