Origin Certificate

Dear Sir,

I am NRI working in Abu Dhabi. I have bought a flat (Atlantis Apartment A 402, Ghodbundar Road.) in Thane District from builder Kavya Builcon Pvt. Ltd. I got my possession in the month of Jan but the builder has not given me origin certificate (OC) till now. I am afraid if they are some fraud builder because after sending so many emails and calls they has given me wrong promises and when at last I wrote him a email saying that I will complaint against him, he replies with no fear saying please go and give complaint. Please help me to get the Origin Certificate from the builder.
