I agree to the above mentioned review. But this is not it, there is more to it.
There is a third party markerting person who is in charge for selling the flats. He just gives out information which is absolutely wrong. I saw his team selling one of the flats by giving out wrong info, when I interfered he just walked off. Later he came to me and said that why did you interfere, i told him that you are giving false information and selling the flats. To which he replied "if we dont lie then no one will buy the flats".
He says there is no problem of water, but there is.
The club house is not made yet and i dont know when will it be completed.
The construction quality is absolutely poor.
We have to pay from our pockets to rectify the leakage problem whereas the builder should be paying it.
The kitchen granite is of poor quality.
The builder says the doors are made of sagwan wood, but its not true as the doors can be broken into half in one blow.
The builder is quoting the flats to be 1300 sq. feet but they are not more than 1100 sq feet.
The drainage pipes have already started leaking.
When we tried calling the builder, his receptionist says that he is not in the office.
We have visited his office N number of times but havent got a respond yet.
