Khandagiri Realestate-Keshari Encl, Nayapali
Apptt. Registration not done even after 4yrs possession

Khandagiri Real estate of Bhubaneswar, who built our Apptt, (Keshari Enclave in Nayapali not doing registration of our Appartments even our possession has been passed 4 yrs.

He has charge money of Super Builtup Area in very illegal way.

Please advice how we will put a consumer case against him.
