I have also booked a flat in klj platinum plus in Jan 10th but till date no sanction plans is passed after saying several times that they will get the plan this or that month. I think 2nd installment will come to me shortly and even I may not apply for home loan untill getting the sanction plan as the process is slow.
What about the builder do if the applicant can't process further or just want to cancel the project to buy? Do they return back the entire amount? or just they cut the percentage 10-15%? If anyone experienced pl. focus on this...
