I had purchased a couple of land from konark hovel situated at bhubaneswar measuring 2100sqft. and 1750sqft. respectfully. Both the land are through lottery scame of the company. The then company head sanjaya sahoo made a agreement with me that i have to pay the 70% of the property value to registering the property to my name. Although i had paid the full amount to the company since six year back, the builder is not taking any interest for fulfilling the agreement. Now the property value risen upto seven to ten times and the builder bargains with me to pay the present cost of the property through his representative or is asking me to take back my money. but i want my property back. what should i do?
