I have booked a villa with kristal builders in the Coral 3 project on sarjapur road. With the exhorbitant prices charged by them the quality of construction is pathetic to say the least. They also make false promises regarding completion schedules and the staff are very unprofessional. They seem to be under severe financial burden which reflects in all the work done.
Anybody planning to buy please do not fall for the completed areas which was done long ago and the facilities like the proposed convenience store, swimming pool, clubhouse etc. There is no progress in any of these and there is no guarantee of the completion of any of these and also of the overall project with the various things proposed. One visit to the ongoing construction areas should give you an idea to the pace at which the work is progressing.
