Our society in Irla has gone into a redevelopment project and one of the benefits we had was we could get a limited extra space in the new flat when the building was completed for a nominal rate. I had applied for one of them. The payment was to be made in seperate installments as the building completed each phase. So far I have made about 6 lacs in payment in cheque to the builder. I have not received a single receipt for the payment. I have send repeated reminders. The email ones no one respond. For the ones on the phone there is alway a excuse of a future date given. Whom do I need to approach in the government to make sure I get a receipt for payments.
