L&T ECC along with land owner Dinesh Ranka has developed South City Apartments off Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore. They have mentioned that the entire area on the township is 34 acres and recently relinquished 12 acres to the local municipal corporation thereby cheating all the people who have spent their life long savings in this apartment complex. This is highly unethical and unlike of Engineering giant publicly listed across BSE and NSE. L&T along with land owner Dinesh Ranka have committed crime and duped close to 1800 apartment owners.
