I am a resident owner of an apartment at L&T South City Complex which was developed by the reputed Larsen and Toubro Limited. At the time of selling the apartment to me, the L&T official showed me a project plan including a total of 34 acres of land. Even the sale deed on stamp paper, which has a legal standing mentions that I have a share of the undivided 34 acres of land which is the area included in the project boundaries.
However, I am now informed by L&T that 12 acres of the land has been relinquished to Bangalore Development Authority and the project area is now only 22 acres.
Reqeusting your help and intervention in getting us back our 34 acres of undivided land which has been legally agreed upon in the sale deed.
Never expected a company of such high repute to indulde in cheating honest taxpaying citizens of their rightful property.
