Not paying the deposit

Dear Concern,

I am staying in Navimumbai in rental apartment but when I have left my rental house last year the landlord (Chandan Ghandhi) promise me that he will return my deposit amount (Rs.40000/-) with in 30days, by till date I have not received any single amount from him, .

Please help me out in this issue.
