Turmoil

I am writing this, as I had witnessed the turmoil my relation had undergone by letting out his property in Anna Nagar to PAPARAMS. For the first few months, my relation could get the rent after a few phone calls every month. After 5 - 6 months, the rents stopped coming. My relations' attempts to get the rent or getting the premises vacated met with failure. The CEO of PAPARAMS also would not pick up the phone recognising my relation's phone number. My relation, with greatest difficulty could get the property back after suffering a huge loss of rental income
