Staying at Lodha Aqua since last 1.5 years and the complex has never ending construction without any proper planning. Things are constructed, demolished and re-constructed multiple times with ever changing plans.
Entire complex has huge number of stagnant water puddles with mosquitoes breeding everywhere and rodent problems.
There still is no proper pathway or road to go out or come into the complex. One has to tread through dirty water and mud and construction material to reach the road outside. Coupled with the frequent Labour movement through the resident areas, this makes it quite dangerous for kids and elderly people.
For any visitors it is extremely difficult to even make out from where to enter the complex.
Unplanned power outages, at times for the whole day, occur due to mismanagement by construction people and power backup even for lifts is non functional so people have to walk up 15 floors or wait in someone's lower floor flat etc.
Intercom facility with security guards is still not operational resulting in nearly zero security. Plus in case of emergencies there is no way to talk to security or maintenance people.
Stray dogs move about in the podium/parking/ground levels.
Even minor or routine maintenance or repair issues take weeks to be attended to despite personnel being available.
Numerous written and verbal complaints and meetings have gone completely unheeded by Lodha management since last 1.5 years and hence we are now forced to air our complaints in multiple channels in the remote hope of being addressed.
