Casabella Megnifica - A condtruction not yet started

Hi,

I had booked a flat in Casabella Megnifica A-Wing, Dombivli 1 year ago.

Till date lodha group have no approvals to start the construction nor ther are ready to transfer me to another building.

They are only intersted in enjoing my hardearned money & relying on dlase comitements.

Kindly let me know what to be done in this cas.
