Me and my husband book 2 flats in Lodha Casa Bella, Dombivili in May they have combined those flats and made it according to jodi plan. We have never given any written communication or or email, that we need flats to be combined. Last year in March we had a talk and it was agreed on email by Lodha person that flats will be given as 2 flats, and now on possession, they are confirming that flats will be one flat only, which was never confirmed from our side in writing or on email.
