This is to inform you that my self Vishant Jagwani (CoApplicant) and my brother Prashant Jagwani (First Applicant) both jointly have booked a flat at Noida Sector 137, Builder Name - Logix Infrastructure Ltd. Project - Blossom County, Flat No. 701, Tower N.
Because of the fault of the builder we are facing a lot of issues post our deal with Logix group. The flat was booked in the month of May. Post booking we observed lots of issues with the builder giving us the Agreement copy then loan approval against the said project and then loan disbersal was also an issue because of the required documents not submitted by the builder to the Bank.
We were ready with loan approval by 1st week of June and the same was communicated via emails to the builder. There was a technical documentation of N Tower not submitted to HDFC by the builder due to which the bank didnt disburse the loan amount. After repeated followup with the bank and builder we got out first disbursal in th month of July.
Because of this fault at the builders end the loan disbursal got delayed and meanwhile government imposed service tax on payments made for under construction property for payments made after 1st July. Due to the delays from Logix and change in govt. norms of service tax implementation now i have been asked to pay service tax on the amount deposited after 1st July which is Rs. 39000/- approx..
Now its high time I come to you. Any delays in payments due to issues from Logix group landing up to financial impact to me is not I accept.. Please suggest a solution to this. I am not happy with extra payment on this.
We discussed the issue with Anurag Verma and when we explain this to him, his statement was "This is a two month old issue and not a acceptable justification for this issue". I am not sure if a discussion or a phone call is a justification in his dictionary and I dont need to give any justification to him I suppose. Everyone wants to save money when he is not responsible for the miss. He has closed a channel of discussion after my discussion with him. Till now I was concerned about miss but now I am concerned about the behaviour of the Sr. staff with the group.
Please help us out. And we have all return documentation in the form of mails to the builder which can prove that the delay was from there end.
