I have purchased a flat from Lord Krishna Builders, thissur for a agreement area of 532 sq.ft. As per the Municipal approved plan the area diff of super built-up and carpet is 20% only. As the carper area is only 340 sq.ft then comes to super built-up as per plan Appx 425 sq ft. But the builder make area diff to 36% i.e. 16% more than the approved plan. I request all the flat purchasers of Kerala-Please beware this builder while purchasing flat from them and please verify area according to plan before finalizing the deal. Please don't belive their ISO certificate or media interviews. PLEASE BEWARE
