Mahagun is not a builder whom we can trust. They have given poor quality of material in Mascot Project. All the fittings like fan, batchroom are quite ordinary but have printed beautiful brouchers for the same. So they don't do what they commit. Regarding penalty they are mailing the cheque only in the last week of the month which is incorret business ethics. Nobody responds for possesion instead they only repeate that we are sending penalty cheque. I am interested in possesion not penalty, maha fails to understand the same. The possesion is delayed by 6 months now and still there is no formal communication from mahagun for possesion.
