Does any body know about Mahaveer Chalet Battarhalli old madras road project? I'm planning to book a flat in this project. I heard that Mahaveer builder is not ethical and their practices are also not honest.
It looks like the original land belongs to ST/SC and comes under PTCL act and they donot have any endorsement certificate. Morever they are aksing us to pay the betterment charges.
Please let us know if anybody has any idea about this project and builder.
