After the CMDA approval, i need to get the sign from the panchayat head from Nanmangalam. The process is to pay a goverment fees of Rs. 3000 (develepment charg) and get sign from the panchayath head.
We were shocked to hear, to get approval for 3 kitch house, they were asking Rs.30, 000 Per kitchen 10Times of the goverment fees wich is around 30, 000.
In the pervious gov, normaly they use to bribe Rs.5000-6000 for one kitchen. This is too hight..After discussion few hours they were asking Rs.25.000 / kitche which is Rs75.000 Rs.30, 000 (gov fees - Actualy they pay Rs 3000 to gov and take the rest)
Witout bribe its Rs.3000/-
With bribe its Rs 1, 05, 000/-
I dont know how to handle this situation.. Really feeling bad about the situation in chennai the way the Politician is..
