Mapsko Garden Estate Sonepat
Delayed Possession

Hi All,

This has reference to Mapsko Builders "Garden Estate Project" at Sonepat.

I had invested in this project almost 3 years back & am totally dissatisfied with the progress of this project. There has been significant delay in possession & the casual approach of Mapsko Management (repeated false assurances) is making things worse.

At the time of booking, Mapsko Management had assured possession by Mar. However, till date no significant development has happened & as per the latest dates communicated by Mapsko Management - the likely (no guarantee) date of possession is Mar.

More than 2 years delay (after taking 90% payment) is definitely not acceptable & I am planning to take legal action against this builder.

Will appreciate if you can share your experience with this builder esp wrt "Garden Estate Project" at Sonepat.
