Mariners buildcon pvt ltd is a fraud builder we are waiting for getting apartment for last 5 yrs and all we got is false promises. Many people got refund only after threatening legal action but still he has not given the promised amount.
Pls beware of such fraud builder who plays with honest mariners/merchant navy guys.
