I purchased Category-A Flat No 106, Springdale Tower, Zirak Pur, Patiala Road, Punjab from M/s Progressive Promoters and Developers Pvt Ltd (Mr KS Walia and Mr Ashok Kukerja). The above builders sold the flat through their sales partner Maya Estatz (Mr Amit Mittal), S.C.O. 73, 2nd Floor, Sector 46-C, Chandigarh 160047.

I made complete payment of the flat to Maya Estatz in May 08 in one lump sum amount of Rs 25 Lacs. The Flat was under construction then and was to be handed over for possession on 31 Oct 08. Unfortunately, the construction work was halted mid-way because of internal dispute between the builders. The flat is still not complete and is not expected to be ready even by Oct (total of 2 year delay).
As per "Agreement of Sale" the builder is suppose to pay Rs 5/- per sq feet per month (amounting to Rs 8250/- per month) as penalty for delay in handing over of the flat. So far the builder has refused to pay the above compensation. Further has not intimated amended time for completion of project. The builders is absolutely unresponsive and has resorted to fraudulent conduct.
I request you to take urgent and stern action on aforementioned builders and sales partners.
