I bought a flat in Kolkata, kaikhali from GM Builders in Meena Green apartments. Since the day 1 i am having issue with the lift. Builder is not showing any interest in repairing the same, as a result of this i am unable to sell or rent my apartment. I need to know what are my options. Can we take any action against builder. Will i be compensated for all the loss occurred to me??
