We had booked a 2bhk flat in megapolis sparklet dated Feb. Within 3 months we paid them
3, 15, 000 and then they said you will receive an email from their account department for further installment. We waited for 6 months and there was no communication from them. We tried to such on megapolis site for any updation. They have not even updated there site till now. Meanwhile in between we also call them to check for any installment but Mr. Ginder (marketing person) told us that they have change the plan layout so it will take some time. Than we thought of calling account department for registration so we spoke with Ms. alpana but she started threatening us that you not transfer 2 installment so we have cancel your flat and you have to speak with management person Mr. Manish Jain. immediately we call Mr. Manish Jain many times for 3 times he was busy in meeting that he kept a message to us from his secretary Ms. alpana and then at last we asked Ms. alpana if he wants to talk with us or not. Finally he gave us a missed call so we call him back, moment we call he said that you calling now after receiving cancelation for a flat. We said him we didn't received any communication from accounts department. he said i will look into the matter and let you know by alpana, u don't have to call me, from his speech we felt that we have lost our flat but still we had hope.By last week we got all our money back and alpana never contact us, we were only who call her and ask her about decision and then she said they have cancel your flat. May god bless this people who take away others dream. As now after 1 year they have change the rate so they wanted more money from others so they didn't try to communicate any single time with us within 1 year. BEWARE FROM THIS FRAUD BUILDERS WITH BIG NAME IN PUNE.
