ourself Satish Kumar/Narendra Kumar we both are investor in your project Rose Wood City in Jaipur.
We want to surrender this plot because at the time of purchase your sales executive (Mr. Rahul) told us lie that this project is just 5Km. far away from the Jaipur city but when we visited the site this is Approx 35 to 40km far away from Jaipur city which is useless as per our needs.
So, after that we are no more interested in the project and want to get back our hard earn money which we invest in your project due to misguidance (about the project location) of Mr. Rahul. Also he didn’t describe their policies regarding Surrender of the plot.
Now, when we visited your Vasant Kunj office, one of your employee explain that in case of surrender of plot your company will deduct 25% of the total sale value of the plot and not of the Amt. paid by us so far.
So, this is requested to you that please treat this matter as a case of cheating as the commitment given by your Representative at the point of dealing regarding the location of the project is absolutely incorrect and the original site of the project does not suit we people. So we want to surrender our plot, kindly pay back our full money as earliest as possible.
