Regarding of Transfer fee

Dear Sir,

Earlier, In Abhidarshan Park Co-op. housing society, Titwala, there is no any specific rule made for transfer charges, but Society chairman orally demanded 25000/- Rs. When I demand pls show minutes of passed rule by you he fail to produce me but after 40 days he proposed a AGM and passed by force we have to take transfer charges 25000/- and some tax i.e.15000/-, Total 40000/- Rs.

However, as it is already passed by force in AGM, can it be amended? If the maximum transfercharge is Rs 25, 000/- as per the Rule, it is appropriate to the society to demand more from the members?

Is there any VAT or other tax proposed by any buy-laws on this transfer fee?
