I am a victim of Abhishek Buildcon Indore being run by Ravindra Kachhawaha, his sons Abhishek and Arpit Kacchwaha. It has duped me of Rs. 4 lakhs, for a property in Indore. They had taken the booking amount of Rs 4 lacks in August from me under a NOTARISED SALE AGREEMENT through Cheques, and after getting payment from bank they forget this issue & refused for registry of that property. They also stopped recieving my phone call and it became very very difficult for me to chase/search these people day & night for further settlement. After lot of efforts (for one and half months) I could met them & asked for cancellation and refund of my booking amount. They issued me post paid cheques of Rs 4 lakhs, which got bounced & not credited. I still have the cheque and the bank bounce slip with me.
I have been terribly harassed and mentally tortured by this builder. All the three people of Abhishek Buildcon- Mr. Ravindra Kacchwaha, his sons Abhishek and Arpit Kacchwaha are big frauders. They need to be punished severely, so as to save the harassment of innocent citizens from future frauds as they have cheated many other innocent people also. I had met (and complained in writting) to S.P (East), Indore and requested for help but till date I could not get relief.
