There are several leakages in the flats built by Mont Vert Pristine group. Inspite of complaints since the time of possession 3 years ago, neither the society nor the builders have been able repair or rectify the leakages.
High transfer fees on property sale without due receipts have been taken by both for NOCs without cognizance of the State government regulations.
Complaints about this to the Registrar of housing societies, Pune in the last 6 months have also gone unactioned.
This is a complaint against this rough band of lawless people out to fleece the common man.
